Getting high in the Khumbu

Two days of walking up higher into the Khumbu. A night at Tengboche monastery then an early start for a walk to Dingboche @ 4410 meters. Beginning next to the river we continued to follow the river course as we gained height along paths carved out of the valley cliffs. Trees are replaced by boulders and glacial melt rivers as we are engulfed in the cold moist air of swirling clouds. The temperature plummets as we enter the outskirts of Dingboche. I love hot 2 minute noodle soup and masala milk tea. More photos to come poor connection.
